Fantastic I did not buy my console from Ronald and was getting no help from the person i had brought it from i E mailed Ronald and he replied to every E mail with things i should try and not only that when he sorted out the problem sent me the software to fix it What a BRILLIANT Example of a top Seller THANKS Ronald

When i first saw the ad, I believed that it was just another typical ebay seller trying to strike some great deal and scamming them afterwards. Was I wrong
Not only did Ronald spare the time to assist me and provide me with crucial information on the item before i even purchased it, he continued to remain contactable after the purchase. In past experiences, once the money is in their accounts, sellers often ignore the customer's "extra needs" that they believe don't need attending.
Any e-mail i wrote, both simple and complicated was returned with a detailed and informative answer with one or two days. He showed genuine concern for anything that may go wrong and ensured all deliveries arrived in a desirable time. This is not a fake testimonial , this is coming from a pleased and exceptionally happy customer who would recommend anyone for this seller. I know this may sound corny but you know :)
