Not only has 'portablegamesonline' been the best product and value for money, my kids actually save their money to purchase more games. I have been purchasing games from this site for over a year now, and I have to say that Ronald has been so helpful, caring and really, the best experience.  I wasn't prepared to purchase games from the local stores at extremely overbudget prices, when I am able to buy just the same quality with helpful service at an affordable price.

We bought a Wii for Christmas and were very happy with it - once again Ronald answered all my questions about it, even ones that were probably a bit silly, and managed to get the Wii and 50 games to us before Christmas. Wow Ronald just keeps getting better.  We purchased a ds and edge card for christmas and was thrilled with the items.  The whole process was so easy and quick Ronald answered all our questions (even the silly ones) in fact the only hard part was selecting which games we wanted there are so many to choose from.  A few weeks ago we received another email from Ronald that we had won another edge card as part of the Christmas Grand Prize and true to his word our Edge Card arrived shortly after.  Thankyou so much Ronald this was totally unexpected and we are just thrilled to have won this fantastic prize.

My family were lucky enough to win a playstation 2 with 10 games in the competition, as promised it has arrived, fantastic, everyone is thrilled.

I was put into the Christmas Draw when I bought my son an edge card for his ds.  Not only was I very happy with the service I got ordering his card for Christmas, I then fould out that I won another Edge Card.  I was contacted via email and 2 weeks later the card arrived in the mail.  I could not be more delighted.  I have told all my friends about Ronald. i was going to buy Nintendo DS lite console from Ronald through eBay and i had to ask him some questions through emails and after i contacted him everything was so easy and smooth so i have ordered Nintendo DS lite console with 150 games and i had to ask him to upgrade the edge card from 1GB up to 8 GB and he prepared all that in 2 days and at the same time i have to mention was christmas holiday then i went to pick up that order and was a brand new console with sufficient instruction for how to use it combined with invoice ..... its expert work and nice to do business with Ronald.

I have now bought 1 nintendo ds lite with edge card and 150 games and then on another occasion an edge card with 40 games. Not only has Ronald been extrememely polite and prompt with all deliveries and correspondence but I needed help a good 7 months after purchasing the 1st ds( kids started a game and had trouble) and he treated me like I was just as important as when I first bought the ds, replied quickly, helped enormously, successfully and managed not to make me feel computer illiterate at the same time..... I bought my son's DS & Ncard earlier this year (2008), when my daughter' birthday was coming up in September I had no hesitation in buying again from Ronald - the deal seems too good to be true, but what he offers is exactly what you get! This time we also bought an additional Edge card to upgrade my son's Ncard and talk about happy - they absolutely love having so many games available and no more losing the little game cards as they did with their Gameboy's as the card only gets removed when they're changing games from the disc.
